PlayStation 2 still going Strong with 2009 Lineup
So here we are in 2009 and though Sony would prefer us all to start spending our pocket change on new clothes in PlayStation Home and re-buying PSP games on the PlayStation Network, there’s still quite a release lineup for PlayStation 2. And rightfully so, because as of this month there are officially 50 million of the last-gen consoles in North American homes and nearly 150 million worldwide. Whether you’re still waiting on PS3 or Xbox 360 or need to keep some kids busy, there’s a surprisingly diverse lineup of games headed your way through mid-2009. Solid release dates are up in the air for most of these titles but they should be releasing in the month listed. Let’s take a look.
